Here’s your Exercise Of The Weekend:
Palm To Plank
What It Works:
This is a great exercise to work your core, shoulders and triceps.
What To Do:
Perform 3 sets of 10 repetitions on each side.
What You Need:
Nothing! That’s the great thing about this exercise, you don’t need anything but some floor space and your body weight!
Stayed tuned – We’ll soon be adding up all the “Exercise For The Weekend” routines and put them together for a great full-body workout!
