Last weekend, we headed up to Michigan to find our perfect pumpkins (and pet goats, have a hayride, and play in a corn maze). We spent the morning at Dinges Farm in Three Oaks.
Dinges is a perfect spot for a fall day trip. It has all of the necessary pumpkin farm trappings, but without going overboard. Dinges offers horse-pulled hay rides, a kiddie train, inflatables, a fall market, corn mazes, and a petting zoo. You can walk through the fields and choose your own pumpkin or select from the ones they’ve already gathered from the field. All this in a 90 minute drive from the city.
Are you still in search of your the perfect pumpkin specimen for this year’s jack-o’-lantern? Check out the photo gallery to see what Dinges has to offer. They’ll be open this weekend for more fall fun.
