Breakfast is it Oatmeal, Pancakes or Fruit?

Breakfast is boring or is it me?  This morning I was hungry but didn’t know what I wanted.  I could make oatmeal, pancakes or eat fruit.  Soooo bored of all that.  I wanted something that was hearty, sweet and full of calories.  Maybe I’m hormonal, either way I want something.   All I had was oatmeal, cereals, waffles, fruit and leftover fried potatoes from last nights dinner.  What to do, hummmm

Ready?  I made a bowl of oatmeal, I chopped up some fruit and I added the potatoes’ and let me tell you it was delicious.  It was hearty, sweet and the potatoes’ made it worth the while.

Maybe tomorrow I can add chia seeds and pistachios and top it off with chocolate chips.   On Friday I could make waffles, add almond yogurt, potato chips (my favorite is Crunchy Curls that I buy at Trader Joe’s)  and top it off with black beans.  That really sounds good, maybe I’ll just have it for lunch.

My plans for today is to create a pizza dough.  One that tastes like pizza dough.  That gluten-free stuff that you can purchase at grocery stores taste like crackers.  I want real tasting pizza dough and that is my mission.

Also I purchased a machine on-line that is supposed to curl veggies to look like pasta.  Supposedly I should get delivery today and I can’t wait to try it out.  I just went to the grocery store and bought carrots, zucchini and sweet potatoes to make pasta wanna be for dinner.    Yes I know I’m blabbing on and not cohesive in my writing but that is my mood today and it’s what is being written.  Tomorrow I will babble on about my new machine (if it is delivered today) and I will have pictures of my pasta creations and if you are lucky maybe a picture of my waffle lunch!!
