What's for Dinner: Three items from Trader Joe's

I strive to put a complete meal on our family dinner table most weeknights.  There are days when the clock reads 6:00 p.m. and the last thing I want to do is prepare a complicated dinner and that is when I turn to Trader Joe’s.

Trader Joe’s offers prepared options that taste as if I cooked them from scratch. I bought three items and have a complete, healthy meal that made EVERYONE join our family clean plate club.

Item #1: Beef Bool Kogi This thin meat is already cut and seasoned.  All that needs to be done is grill for less than 10 minutes.

Item #2: Cauliflower Rice. I wasn’t sure if I could pass this as rice, but the kids gobbled it up without even asking what it was.

Item #3 Mexican Style Roasted Corn with Cojita Cheese. I’m not big on frozen vegetables, but this one was a hit.
