Plants remove the pollution and chemicals that are indoors.  According to Healthline, “The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) also confirmed that plants eliminate harmful gases from the air. NASA findings showed that houseplants were able to remove up to 87 percent of air toxins in a 24-hour period.”

Some require more love than others, here are a few low maintenance and easy houseplants. They come in varying shades of greens and purples and are beautiful alone or in a group.

Jade plants live for years are also called money tree, lucky plant and friendship tree.  The plant is easy to maintain with damp soil.
