My new favorite “life hack” is to sprinkle 5-10 drops of lavender in my shower before I get in. Once I step inside it, I feel as if I have transported to a spa, every single time. The daily (or bi-daily) ritual has changed showering from a dreaded task into a lovely treat.

It is also used for a variety of digestive complaints including meteorism (abdominal swelling from gas in the intestinal or peritoneal cavity), loss of appetite, vomiting, nausea and intestinal problems according to WebMD.
