Stop and look at the colorful leaves

This week I’ve been noticing the colorful leaves as I walk the kids to and from school.

Some of them are so bright and unique, I have a hard time not stopping to pick them up in admiration.

There are days I shuffle through the crunching leaves preoccupied by my cell phone, children or thoughts in my own head.  Other mornings I deliberately look down at the intricacies and details in each unique leaf and find it soothing.

As you move through the rest of the day, I invite you to look down and appreciate this beautiful gift of nature.

Are the leaves colorful where you live?
