Today’s Meatless Monday recipe is a beautiful and simple Quinoa Salad with Shaved Brussel Sprouts from Katherine Martinelli. This an ideal recipe to make a big batch at the beginning of the week and eat daily for lunch, snack or dinner.

I shared the Top 5 Books Every Yogi Should Read over at Do You Yoga. This was difficult as there are an abundance of old and new books on the topic of yoga. I enjoyed going back through my bookshelf rereading and being reminded how complex and detailed yoga really is. Find out which five books I narrow down as must reads here.
