The City of Evanston is preparing to elect a new mayor. Among the candidates is a businessman and public servant named Steve Hagerty. Hagerty’s passion for Evanston has been evident for more than a decade. He is also the Founder and CEO of Hagerty Consulting, an Evanston-based emergency management consulting firm. His firm focuses on helping local governments address major challenges, such as New York City’s recover from the September 11th terrorist attacks. His firm also helped New Orleans residents rebuild from the devastation of Hurricane Katrina.

Convenient early voting for the Evanston Mayor’s race is available at the Evanston Civic Center at 2100 Ridge Avenue from 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Saturday until Monday, February 27th.
