I have been keeping busy adding information about Chicago metro beer places that are reopening for indoor dining now that the whole are have eased into Tier 1 restrictions. Some of these places are still scheduling their openings for indoor dining this weekend. Some will continue to remain closed, or to stick with outdoor service. Please check ahead. Some may have very limited seating, too. And switch to indoor seating comes just in time for Black Lung Brewing, which had alreayd planned to open its new taproom space in Round lake Beach. Just a few details for this week. Noon Whistle Brewing has announced they are recalling cans of their Gummypocalypse Northeast IPA sold between April and July 2020. According to their announcement, the beer was canned with extra yeast that could undergo further fermentation and increase the pressure in the can. The taste of the beer would not be affected. Up north, Black Lung Brewing of Waukegan has announced they will be building a brewery and taproom in Round Lake Beach. They are planning to open the new space on November 1...
