Cosmic Nunchucks is a highly crushable pale ale with rich citrus and tropical fruit flavor that pays homage to this year’s host brewery, Church Street.
This collaboration beer was made by members of the Chicago Chapter of the Pink Boots Society, an organization dedicated to assist, inspire and encourage women in the fermented beverage industry.
Brewed with malt donated by Malteurop, yeast donated by Omega Yeast Labs, and this year’s YCH Pink Boots hop blend. A portion of the proceeds are given to the Pink Boots Society.
Available on tap and in cans to go! Available for a limited time in the taproom or at one of the participating breweries.

Two new beers will be released at the brewery this weekend! First up is a freshly squeezed Bistro Cabana with peaches, oranges & cranberries added after fermentation. It’s a ‘Sex on the Beach’ cocktail-beer, Energy City Brewing-style!
The second beer is Cosmic Nunchucks Pale Ale, a Pink Boots Collaboration Beer!This brew is a highly crushable pale ale with rich citrus and tropical fruit flavor that pays homage to this year’s host brewery, Church Street. 
A portion of the proceeds are given to the Pink Boots Society. The Pink Boots Society was created to assist, inspire and encourage professional women and non-binary individuals in the fermented and alcoholic beverage industry to advance their careers through education.

Our award-winning Barrel-aged Imperial Stout that won both a gold and a bronze medal at the U.S. Beer Open. Come out on March 5th at 2:00 for a fun fundraiser for Megan Bugg’s Global Rhabdomyosarcoma Research Laboratory (a cancer affecting muscle tissues, usually in children or teenagers)!
Wilmington, Coal City & Braidwood Athletic Directors will each have a specialty beer on tap. Best Named Beer, Best tasting Beer & Fastest Tap will be up for bragging rights for the rivals. We need the communities help to vote. Votes are $1 each.

The Chicago Beer Festival presents the Brewsology Beer Festival, taking place at the Museum of Science and Industry for a one of a kind experience — a night at the museum!
The event will feature over 60 breweries sampling their seasonal beers with access throughout the museum. General admission will be 8pm to 11pm, early admission will be 7pm to 11pm (in addition to the added hour), and VIP admission will be from 6pm to 11pm (includes two additional hours, limited release beers and $30 in food credit. The food menu can be found here). Tickets are $50-$90 through Eventbrite. Tickets will not be sold at the door and tickets are non refundable.
