That Foster Family follows the ups, downs, and everything in between of our suburban-based family. Five years ago my husband and I became foster parents and our lives changed drastically when three siblings moved in and our family of four swelled to a family of seven overnight. To date we've had a total of eighteen children come through our home of all ages and with a variety of special needs. Our numbers seem to be ever-changing, but at our largest our family had ten people. Ever wonder how we can love and then let them go? Want to know how we manage to get out and enjoy life with so many different special needs to address? Wondering how we manage the chaos of everyday life as a big family? Follow me and find out!
I invite you to follow more of our family's daily adventures on my Facebook page: Close to Home.
