At last, our panel of professional Chicago-area men have released the first round of women they admire for hard work, professionalism and community service.
Unlike our 50 Most Wanted Bachelors salute, the women on this list are recognized for boldness, innovation, raising the bar, crashing glass ceilings, introducing new thought in their professional realms and community service.
Selection process: Public nominations were accepted on the www.SixBrownChicks.com website, and the list of 1,253 nominees was provided to our panel of professional Chicago-area men on March 20th. The panel volunteered to make the final selections on the condition of anonymity. The Six Brown Chicks and our immediate relatives are not eligible to be recognized on the 50 Women of Distinction list.
The 50 Women of Distinction will be notified officially on this fine blog, so subscribe to receive the blog in your in-box!
Type your email address in the box and click the “create subscription” button. My list is completely spam free, and you can opt out at any time.
