Since 1927 Arlington International Racecourse has epitomized everything about the Sport of Kings through the best of Thoroughbred racing in a setting rooted in deep in tradition.
So much more than just a racecourse, the parklike grounds, paddock, seating areas and dining venues have been a draw for horse racing enthusiasts, newcomers, visitors and families.
And they’re off
Live racing stepped off April 30th and continues through September 25th. Sadly this may be the final season for racing at Arlington International. So keep in mind that this year may be your last chance to enjoy this very special venue.
Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Fireworks Night and the August 14th, “Million Day,” featuring a day of racing dedicated to the Duchossois family are some of the popular days at the track.
Casual as well as gourmet dining options are available. Reservations are suggested to dine at the Million Room Restaurant, Terrace Cafe, Miller Lite Finish and Mr. D’s Patio.
Tickets go on sale on the 2nd Wednesday of each month for the following month’s race days. June race dates will go on sale May 12th, July race dates on June 9th, August race dates on July 7th, and September race dates on August 11th. Tickets are available at www.arlingtonpark.com.
