Show Me Chicago's March 2018 calendar of festivals and events
Hailed as the “Barney’s of Vintage,” the Randolph Street Market is a year around favorite for shopping, food, music and more--last weekend of each month.

Every year for the past seven year’s Show Me Chicago has put together one of Chicago’s most comprehensive calendar of summer festivals and events for the May through September season. This year we are kicking up things a notch by adding an events calendar for March before publishing our entire calendar of summer festivals and events in early April.

Here’s some of the top events fro March 2018:

Chicago Botanic Garden Orchid Show, now through March 25, Glencoe

Chicago Flower and Garden Show, March 14-18, Navy Pier.

Spirit of Chicago Flower and Garden Cruises, March 14-18, Spirit Cruise Ship, Navy Pier.

Adler After Dark: Game Night (Adults 21+), March 15, Alder Planetarium. The Adler Planetarium’s monthly 21 and up nighttime event invites adults to explore the Museum Campus attraction while enjoying drinks and entertainment.

St. Patrick’s Day Dyeing the River Green, Saturday, March 17, 9 am. Chicago River between LaSalle and Columbus, best views Michigan Ave. bridge, Columbus Dr. and the Riverwalk.

St. Patrick’s Day Parade, March 17, steps off at noon at Balbo and Columbus. The parade will proceed north on Columbus Drive with the viewing stand located in front of Buckingham Fountain.

Chicago International Television Festival, March 20-22, AMC River East.

Good Food Expo, March 23, 24, UIC Forum.

Randolph Street Market Festival: Spring Fling,” March 24-25, West Loop at 1341 Randolph Street. The market features 125 vendors including indie designers, global goods, food and drinks, and a live DJ.

Macy’s Flower Show, Once Upon a Springtime, first floor wine shop, Macy’s State Street Store. March 25 to April 8, store hours, free to public.

Shamrock Shuffle, Sunday, March 25Grant Park.
