Can’t wait to get a taste of this year’s Taste of Chicago? Head to Daley Plaza (50 W. Washington) on Wednesday, June 21, from 11 am to 2 pm, for a mini-taste complete with food and entertainment.
Avoid the crowds, or put together your game plan for the big event at this year’s Taste of Chicago preview that will offer an even bigger lineup of restaurants than last year’s preview.

Thirteen food purveyors, including some newbies like El Patron and other old favorites including Connies Pizza and Robinson’s No. 1 Ribs will be serving bites in advance of this year’s Taste of Chicago coming to Grant Park, July 5 through July 9.
Not just food, but music, entertainment and live painting by a Street Art & Graffiti Alley artist (11 am.-2 pm.) and a March of the Puppets procession (noon-1 p.m.) are all part of the fun.
Admittance, entertainment and activities are all free, but if you want to eat, bring cash. No tickets are required for this Taste.
