Neon Trees will perform at NHL Draft Fan Fest today
The Chicago Blackhawks, in conjunction with the National Hockey League have put together an interactive fan fest as part of the NHL Draft.
The fan fest taking place today, Friday June 23 (3 to 9 p.m.) and tomorrow Saturday, June 24 (9 a.m. to 3 p.m.) outside the United Center (1901 W. Madison, Parking lot C) will offer fans photo opportunities with Blackhawks players and alumni, music, a 53-foot museum truck with more than 1,000 square feet of interactive digital displays, original video content, one-of-a-kind historical memorabilia, unique photo moments and a social media wall along with the Neon Trees concert.
Neon Trees, best known for their singles “Everybody Talks” and “Animal” will perform beginning at 5:00 p.m. today Friday, June 23.
Fans will also have an opportunity to view The Stanley Cup®—the oldest and most revered trophy in all professional sports–on Friday from 3 to 8 p.m. and on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Those with tickets can have their photo taken with the Cup.
Hockey fans of all ages are invited to the celebration but they must have a pass to enter Fan Fest.
Draft Fan Passes are available at the United Center Box Office; the Blackhawks Michigan Avenue Flagship Store (333 N. Michigan Ave.); the Blackhawks Aurora Outlet Store (1650 Premium Outlets Blvd., Aurora) and select MB Financial Bank and Gerber Collision & Glass locations.
Tickets to the NHL Draft will grant fans access to both the NHL Draft that will take place inside the United Center as well as Fan Fest.
