The NRA + BAR Show (National Restaurant Association), that called it a wrap yesterday after four days in the Windy City, is one of the biggest conventions that comes to Chicago.
The show brings together over 42,000 foodservice buyers and more than 2,200 vendors in McCormick Place’s North, South and Lakeside Centers.
It’s big business and big money with prices for some restaurant equipment adding up to six figures and more.
There’s also a lot of eating, drinking, socializing and fun. Here are the top ten things that I wasn’t expecting to see at the NRA Show.
