Show Me Chicago Reader Survey: The Royal Wedding or the Alabama Tornadoes?

On Thursday, April 28, 2011, the day after the deadly storms that devastated Alabama and other areas of the South and the day before “The Royal Wedding”, Show Me Chicago conducted an unscientific survey to get the pulse of the Nation.

We posted two blogs, similar in length, on each topic at the same time to see which would receive more hits.

Here are the results:

Day one Thursday, April 28: 5 to 1 for “The Royal Wedding.”

Day two Friday, April 29: 2 to 1 for “The Royal Wedding.”

Day three, April 30: 4 to 1 for “The Royal Wedding.”

The average over the three day period: 3 to 1 for “The Royal Wedding.” What does this say about us–we’ll leave you to draw your own conclusions.  We will continue to monitor the hits on each and if over time things change, we will report it.
