Chicago, Thursday, February 10, 2011. Get the inside story on what’s happening in the Windy City from those in the know at CHICAGO LIVE!–a fast-paced 60-minute program featuring live entertainment, interviews, performances by Second City and more in the intimate surroundings of Chicago Theatre Downstairs. The new season, hosted by Chicago author, reporter and radio/TV personality Rick Kogan, kicks off today and continues Thursday evenings through March 17, 2011.
Highlights for this series include: Chairman of the 2011 Chicago Auto Show, Kevin Mize; Chicago Tribune film critic Michael Phillips with last minute information on the Academy Awards; 4-Star Chicago Chef Grant Achatz; Desiree Rogers, former White House social secretary; and Marc Smith, creator of the poetry slam–just to name a few.
