A Guide to SOFA CHICAGO 2010 and The Intuit Show at Navy Pier Chicago.


There’s something for all art lovers at the the two art fairs taking place at Navy Pier’s Festival Hall November 5 through November 7.  The 17th Annual International Sculpture Objects & Functional Art Fair: SOFA CHICAGO 2010 returns with high end art from around the world.  Plus this year, for the first time, the Intuit Show of Folk and Outsider will be held in conjunction with SOFA.

The SOFA CHICAGO 2010 show features 80 art galleries and dealers from 10 different countries.  

The intuit Fair showcases leading dealers and galleries presenting self-taught art.  Expect to find outsider art, art brut, ethnographic art, and non-traditional and visionary art from these artists.

One general admission ticket of $15 (single day) $25 (3-day) admits visitors to both fairs and their related lecture series, special exhibits and events at Navy Pier’s Festival Hall.

Friday, November 5, and Saturday, November 6, 11a.m. to 6p.m.
Sunday, November 7, noon to 6p.m.
