Kid’s tickets to Billy Elliot The Musical will be free with the purchase of an adult ticket to select performances from now through September 16.

School bells will be ringing before you know it.  Make the most of the waning days of summer by treating your kids to the magic of the four-star production, BILLY ELLIOT THE MUSICAL.  If you’ve never been to Ford Center/Oriental Theatre that alone will be an awe-inspiring experience.

THE SHOW.

The kid-friendly show combines fantastic dance numbers, lively music and a talented cast that features many of the actors from the original Broadway show.

The engrossing story is based on the history of a miner’s strike that took place in 1984 in a northern England mining town.  Eleven-year old Billy Elliot, whose father and brother are participating in the bitter strike, is sent to his boxing lesson but somehow ends up in the center of a girl’s ballet class.  When his family and the tough mining town learns about the boy’s love for dance, the conflict begins. To learn more about the show and the cast go to: The Four Billys.
