A new exhibit, “RoboSUE: The T. rex Experience,” just opened at The Field Museum.   The cutting-edge exhibition offers visitors a journey through a 67-million-year-old land using advanced robotics and face recognition technology so that the dinosaurs react to your every move.  You will be able to come closer than you ever thought possible in this amazing dinosaur experience.  In conjunction with the “RoboSUE experience,” check out “Waking the T. Rex 3-D: The Story of Sue,” an exciting and educational 3D film experience.  Follow SUE as she grows from a hatchling to a seven-ton ferocious beast.  1400 S. Jazz saxophonist, Scott Burns kicks off this season’s “Tuesdays on the Terrace” season at the Museum of Contemporary Art. The free live jazz concerts will be offered throughout the summer on the MCA terrace.  In addition, the in-house, Puck’s Cafe offers an international dinner buffet for $22. On the menu tonight are: Grilled BBQ ribs, Fried chicken, Tomato-basil penne pasta, Corn on the cob, Coleslaw and Dessert.  For a more casual dining experience guests can enjoy a cash bar and a la carte classic hamburgers, hot dogs and more at the outdoor grill on the lower terrace of the sculpture garden. 5:30p.m. to 8p.m. Reservations for tables, 312 397 4034. 220 E.
