Our pets are often an important part of our families, and they have to be part of our thought process when we plan for the smallest events and decisions as well as all the way up to major decisions like those regarding Luxury Real Estate!
With that in mind, being the visionary that I am (pause for laughter) I decided to do my clients a service and build up some data on Pet Policies at some of the beautiful High Rises that attract the high end buyers in our fair city!

Speaking of our beautiful dogs and cats, the Breast Cancer Research Foundation will benefit from a charity dog walk event on October 17 called “Bark for Breast Cancer research”! The event is supported by two fine firms, The CosMedic Skin and Body Clinic and Tails in the City. The walk will kick off at 10:30am from the CosMedic Clinic at 58 East Walton. Go to http://tinyurl.com/BarkForBreastCancerResearch for more information.
Finally, it looks like there will be fabulous weather this weekend for the amazing Chicago Marathon, taking off at 7:30am on Sunday October 10. Even if you don’t know any runners it will still be a fun event, with live music at many points along the race route and tons of fun activities in Grant Park. I’ll have a bird’s-eye view from my ‘perch’ looking over the race from my high rise at the south end of Grant Park.
Good Luck Everyone!!!!!
