I’m a quirky and odd quilter, isn’t that just great? I like being a bit nerdy and weird. You are thinking, we all knew this Kathy, tell us something new. OK, I will.
My quilter quirks
I regularly scramble the letters in Quilt to make other words. (Quit, it, lit) It’s a short list.
Quilter makes more words. (Quit, it, lit, tire, lie, true, let, lite) Is lite really a word?
I used to have a reasonable stash. I blame precuts for my road to perdition.
I never eat in my sewing studio and only drink water. The rest of the house is fair game.
My favorite letter is Q.
I see quilt patterns a lot in public places, especially bathrooms.
If a non quilter were to run against a quilter in an election, I would vote for the quilter.
I secretly pity non quilters.
I wish that like y is sometimes is i, that q was sometimes c.
I wish quilt t-shirts were v-neck and in large women’s sizes, not adult.
I love to read. I love to quilt. I don’t particularly like Quilt novels.
If we had a cookie eating contest, I would win.
I am not ashamed of all the fabric I own.
I don’t like leftovers, I’d rather eat eggs.
I could go on but you get the idea.
How about you?
Are you a bit odd or quirky also? Then this is what I think of you.
