Recently I have made time to sew more and I feel better. I whistle and sing a bit around the condo and even though the neighbors politely asked me to knock it off, I am still in a great mood. I have always thought that quilting is important for my mental health. I ignored some red flags and I don’t want you to follow down my path. Here are the warning signs that you need to quilt more.
1.You’re stress eating. A lot.
2. You’re a tad cranky.
3. You’re not sleeping well.
4. Your eyes, they’re scaring me.
5. Your emotions change all the time without warning!
6. You cry when you pass your sewing room.
7. The cat down the street spends more time sewing than you do.
8. Finally, you decide to just go and sew.
Don’t you just love a happy ending? Me too! Any ending that involves sewing is definitely my kind of finale!
