Cutest Halloween parade EVER

I usually show you real quilts on this blog, quilts I really make. I like real things that people do in their regular life. I have seen so many staged and unrealistic costume ideas this month. It was such a pleasure to watch the cutest Halloween parade ever this past Saturday. OK, maybe not EVER but it was sure cute.

I snapped about a hundred pictures and then went through them. Loved them all! Real kids wiping their noses, having fun and walking along with their real parents. I tried to pare it down to my best shots.

If you’re looking to see what real people are wearing, flip through and see. These are actual costumes, not something on pinterest. Some were sewn, others were purchased and a few assembled. I didn’t know what a few costumes were supposed to be,  but I loved the realness of it all.

I hope you enjoyed the costumes worn by real people. It made me smile all day! Especially the last group with my dear Z.

Sew happy!
