Need a little something to keep everything organized? You can follow this DIY Zippered Pouch tutorial for pencils, make up or even small toys.
Materials: – sizes are somewhat approximate especially for back. You may have leftover fabric.
5″ by 13″ piece of fabric – careful if directional
17″ by 13″ coordinating piece of fabric – careful if directional
L15″ by w13″ – two pieces of fabric and one of batting
One zipper wider than the finished pouch.
Thread, pins and scissors to get a 12″ by 14″ zippered pouch
Get your supplies ready and in less than an hour, you’ll have made your first one. One hour later, you could finish 3 more.

I love making these. I am keeping two, one for Zara’s tea set and another for her finger puppets. The other two I am giving to my daughter. She will take as many as I can give her.
Making a fun little project very quickly is sometimes a nice change of pace.
