Quilt store in Lockport, Il

Oops, I did it again!  Actually there was no oops about it. I went fabric shopping, how unusual, I know! This time I was a bit closer to home, a Quilt store in Lockport, Il  Thimbles.  If you are thinking, hey lady didn’t you write about this store before, then the answer is yes.  And you have an amazing memory.  I did write about my visit to Thimbles when I heard the talk from the Italian Stallion of thread, Alex Veronelli of Aurifil.  If you missed that post you can read it here.

This post is about just the store, my fabric and other fun I had that day. I periodically write about stores I visit.  I only write about stores I enjoy and I always ask first if I can take the photos.  I am not seeking out any secrets, I just love going to quilt stores.  If you missed my latest you can read it here.

All the new fabric I have makes me Sew happy! Check it out as you peruse the photo gallery.  I know I have a fair amount of these lately but when I have more than 4 photos, it is a much easier way to load and write. I won’t do it for tutorials any more because of your helpful feedback.
