Of yoga I never have taken much note;
And whenever I did, had no time to devote.
But last morn on TV
What I saw fit with me;
Even more than compatible with an old goat.

I've been a supporter of yoga for about 20 years (do it every Thursday), but don't get goat yoga, which I thought was some gimmick on a lottery commercial, like the farm girl the dweeb buying the ticket thought was hitting on him.
I'm trying to get my mother into chair yoga (she's more into Tai Chi) and my nephew's 5 month old baby already does sphinx, cobra, and plank.
I don't understand, but I admit, it's funny!
