Will you sing the old Christmasy carol?
O Come All Ye Faithful and more;
They sang of the night sky’s apparel
And the choirs of angels galore.
They shed light on the manger so clearly;
On the sheep open-eyed ’round the hay.
So tender my heart glows sincerely
That there I would traverse and stay.
What the shepherds saw I would behold
And my joy would be boundless and deep.
As angels played harps made of gold.
I would slip into heavenly sleep.

Merry Christmas, AW!
I still remember my first grade Christmas pageant singing "Silent Night" with our tilted haloes and crooked wings, and the faces of the parents and grandparents, their eyes wide with wonder...
Merry Christmas, WG.
I still remember a few lovely Polish Christmas carols, which I still occasionally sing to myself....sort of.
Merry Christmas, my friend. Yes, I'll sing all sorts of them, with joy in my heart. Thank you for a lovely post.
