There is no injunction to lead such a life.

  • However, there are actions at law or threatened arbitrations with big payouts if you are Roger Ailes or Bill O'Reilly. So, why take a risk on a "she says he says" situation?

    From the linked article, he needs to use the donors' money for other things.

    Maybe we should worry if he becomes the 46th President in the next 8 or so months.

  • He won't attend functions where alcohol is served without his wife. Is that to be a witness or to keep him from falling off the wagon?
