“How do you relieve stress? Everyone has their own preference when it comes to how they relieve stress. In Poland…they’re using bubble wrap. The Vocational College in southern Poland offered its students bubble wrap as a stress reliever during exams. According to the “pop poll stress survey”, one minute of popping the bubbles provides stress relief equivalent to 33 minutes!” (Fox32 News)

There’s a way to give jitters a rest
Firmly grab bubble wrap
Squeeze or give it a tap

Maybe that explains my neighbor who says he is not noisy. Popping all those bubbles may relieve stress, but ruin the concentration of neighboring students.
And how many does it take to pop 40 square inches of bubbles?
I always found that the total silence during a test seemed to create more tension.
Of course, it wouldn't be an issue in a school for the deaf.
