Clerical Cuss Words: A Limerick

(Inspired by ChicagoNow Blogger Margaret Serious. Specifically by her post “Some Curious Things about the Word ‘Curious'”)

Who suffered from what is called Tourette.
It made his flock nervous
When at Sunday service
He’d curse Father, Son, and the Spirit.

  • Always pleased to be an inspiration... I feel like I owe you a few of them! ( I would be in the more nervous part of the flock.)

  • I suppose that if the task is bringing down the wrath of God, hellfire and brimstone, he's the man for the job.
