Please Join Us at the Pritzker Military Family Library, Help Us Support Illinois Military Families

From Operation Homefront, Illinois…

Please consider helping a great cause (and having a great time!) on Saturday night September 24, 2011 for Operation Homefront-Illinois’ Second Annual Black & White Night (click here to view invite, style is business dress, not black tie).

Operation Homefront-Illinois’ mission is to provide emergency assistance to the families of our active duty, deployed military men and women and to our wounded warriors who are returning home and are readjusting to civilian life.

The “Black and White Night” will be held on September 24th, 2011, 6pm-10pm, at the Pritzker Military Library, located at 104 South Michigan Avenue (new location) in downtown Chicago. Tickets are $150 per person or $250 per couple. This is a great opportunity to personalize our commitment to those who serve our country so honorably and put themselves on the line to provide the freedom and quality of life we enjoy.

Important Facts:

  • Operation Homefront-IL is a 4-star charity (as rated by Charity Navigator–highest rating possible) so you know you money is going to support IL military families.
  • 264 Illinoisans have been killed in the combined operation in Iraq and Afghanistan. Another 1400+ have been severely wounded.
  • Illinois has some 15,000 reservists and guardsmen ready to go at a moment’s notice. The need is real. This is your opportunity to serve those who serve us.

Please contact me with any questions or to purchase tickets. You can also click here to purchase single tickets online.

Thanks for your consideration.
