Drinks with the Hungry Hound on May 18th

We are excited about our special Prairie Fire guest bartender next week – Steve Dolinsky (ABC 7’s Hungry Hound). He and his beautiful wife Amy Dordek will be mixing up their favorite summertime drink The Hemingway Daiquiri. The rum, lime and grapefruit in this drink will be accented by some Florida-style cuisine from Sarah and George’s kitchen featuring sustainable Florida grouper.

Proceeds from the “Tip Jar” will benefit Meals on Wheels Chicago. Amy is the president of Meals on Wheels Chicago and the Midwest Managing Director of BPI group.

Here is a little more info on Steve:

outside of Chicago, teaching them how to prepare for and handle all
kinds of media exposure.
