Miley Cyrus Disses Beyonce: I’m The ‘New Blood’

It may be only two days into 2014, but Miley Cyrus may want to already stop. In a shocking interview with LOVE  magazine, the 21-year-old singer claims Beyoncé has been ‘out of the game for too long’ and say it’s time for younger artists such as herself to shine. Read a few of the jaw dropping quotes below!

“She’s so talented and I think she’s at the top of the game now but people are always looking for new blood and that’s what I bring to the game now, new blood.”

“I got the total package you know, the curves, the rhythm, and the voice. I’m just the best.”

“I just feel like I was born for this time right now. I’m just the total package, you know? All things must start and end and I hope to have the same success as other icons in the game when my run is over. But for now, my run is just starting.”

“I’m the only white female singer that could fill that slot right now and do it right, you know.” How modest of Cyrus.

And if you think all of that was a mouthful, she went even further, pulling baby Blue Ivy into the mix. “As Beyoncé grows in motherhood and all the c**p it does to your body, it will create a vacuum for fresh young faces to rise up and no one else can properly fill that void right now.”

This is definitely a wrecking ball….

The Love magazine issue featuring Cyrus hits newsstands in March 2014.

Miley, who was apparently falsely quoted as saying she had “the curves, the rhythm and the voice” to fill the “void” left by Bey, took to Twitter to clear a few things up.

“That quote people MADE UP about Beyonce just made me lol!” she wrote. “Imagine if I said I got ‘the looks and the curves I’m just better!’ Bahahahhaha.”

Miley, who did not ever actually claim to be “the total package” or “the best,” was understandably upset about the bogus words being put in her mouth. “How are people allowed to make up s–t & then out quotes around it saying I said that s–t!” she tweeted. “WTF!!?!”

The original articles which both appeared exclusively on Hollywood Life and Daily Mail UK have now been completely removed.
