Ashley Gilday
I am a Chicago native who is super passionate about everything that has to do with FOOD! For me, eating is not just a necessity of life, but an experience waiting to take place. I have worked in the food industry for over 15 years and have been exposed to the reality of where our food is sourced, raised and how it is produced. Factory farming didn’t settle well with me, so I eventually decided to live a plant-based lifestyle because it just made sense. I love creating eclectic and delicious plant based meals and I especially love sharing them with others. I also write inspirational/lifestyle pieces.
