Event of the season — "Paint It Up Art Weekend"

“East Meets West” by Ginny Sykes

There are many reasons to explore a gem like Uptown (think art, food, architecture, and rich history). I recently explored the art scene in Uptown, as the murals are abundant and flourishing. I started at the Clifton Street Art Gallery to see the new additions since my last visit. The gallery offers a nice variety of art from several artists.

I would have liked a credit for the artwork that is your lead image on the Uptown story--"East Meets West" by Ginny Sykes.
Hopefully you can correct this. It was on the plaque right next to the artwork.
    Thank you

  • In reply to Ginny Sykes:

My deepest apologies for missing that, Ginny! It has been corrected and thank you for letting me know. I was flustered because I had to go into the street for a good shot and the traffic was crazy, on top of the fact that people kept walking by.
