Steel Toe Press Unleashes MOTOBLOT!
Vintage & Custom Motorcycle, Scooter & Hot Rod Car Rally!

CHICAGO (April 25, 2014) – Evolve or Die: The architects of Mods vs Rockers Chicago, the country’s largest urban motorcycle rally, are making the bold move of creating an ALL NEW event. MvR Chicago had set the standard and spawned many impersonators in the last ten years, and they feel that now is the time for a change.

MvR had greatly evolved from its modest beginnings in 2005 with a handful of like-minded Cafe Racers and Scooterists hosting a grass roots gathering on Chicago’s North Lincoln Avenue to last years Mega Weekender. The new event will no longer be a salute to the rival youth cultures of early sixties England, but will now celebrates all of motorcycling’s rich culture and lifestyle.

“Mods vs Rockers was a great beginning and we had a fantastic run but we could see that vintage culture was changing and that our crowed was gravitating to a wider range of custom and vintage motorcycles, and even hot rods, that were no longer easily classified… We knew it was a good time for a change,” said event organizers Larry Fletcher and Martin Cimek.

On June 13th-15th, 2014, Steel Toe Press will launch the inaugural MOTOBLOT Vintage Motorcycle, Scooter & Hot Rod Car Rally.

  • Sarah,
I recently saw you on RevZilla's live webcast and wanted to speak with you regarding some of the things you said. Hopefully this isn't too forward or rudely out of place, but I would really appreciate your time and thought this might be my best bet in reaching you.
