Since I am on vacation this week but not going anywhere, I decided this would be a good start to eating right and exercising. I started with eating healthy right away, but today is the first day I exercised. I always struggle to make myself go, but once I do it, I feel good. I can remember years ago when I set my alarm on the weekend to go for a run before it got hot out and I got busy. I ran two half marathons back before I was derailed by a bone spur and surgery on my right foot about 6 ½ years ago. The doctor said that I would be back up and running in no time. Maybe it’s about time…how about you? Any summer goals? Let’s get healthy together!
