I was given the opportunity by a couple of my friends to attend the Taylor Swift Concert in Chicago last night. I was so excited that I just kept saying it over and over and jumping up and down. Hopefully, I wasn’t too annoying doing that so they will invite me again. I have loved her music for a long time, and wanted to see her live so this was a dream come true.
Favorite Part: To pick out my favorite part is difficult to determine. Of course, I loved her singing and all of her songs, old and new, but the whole concert was an experience. I loved the stage design, the dancers, the flames, the fireworks and confetti as well.
Did the event hold my attention? Yes, there was so much to watch as well as we were on our feet the whole concert singing and dancing along.
Did I connect with it on an emotional level? Yes, Taylor’s songs are so personal and heartfelt that it is easy to connect with her.
Did I think about it or talk about it later? Of course, I am writing about it today as well as re-watching the videos that I took, and talking to anyone who will listen.
Would I attend it again? I definitely would go see her again!
