I have been in a really bad mood lately, and I can’t seem to shake it. There is nothing horrible going on in my life, just some areas that aren’t going like I wish they were. I mean I have a job, a roof over my head, food to eat, clothes to wear and a family who I love and who love me. Last month, I wrote a sticky note each day before bed saying one thing specific about that day that I was grateful for. It helped… a little, but I am still in that bad mood. I decided on Monday that I would tweet out a positive thought each day. I am doing it; my mood hasn’t changed yet, but I am trying. #Positivity
