Known affectionately by his friends as Lex, Lenox Magee is a graduate of Michigan State University, where he majored in journalism. The former Editor-in-Chief for 360 Magazine, a national fashion/lifestyle/culture/music magazine, and former Arts & Entertainment Editor for N'Digo, currently is the Editor-at-Large for Bleu Magazine, a national LGBT publication, freelance journalist/columnist for RedEye Newspaper in Chicago, blogger on Chicagonow.com, apart of the Chicago Tribune Media Group and freelance writer for many national outlets. Lex worked as a radio co-host/producer for Windy City Radio, apart of the Windy City Media Group, and has done work for WVON and WBEZ - Chicago Public Radio.

Here's a cool fact about Lenox: While living in Rome, Lenox produced and reported for Vatican Radio. There, he covered several stories on World AIDS Day, which was a first for Vatican Radio. In addition, he became one of the first African-Americans to broadcast and report from the Papal state.
