Easiest Way to Improve Your Health

vegetable-recipes.jpgNo one really argues with the
nutritional advise, “Eat more veggies.”  But for a lot of people
it is hard to simply get enough.  For example, I love vegetables, all of
them; but I like them roasted and grilled.  So it is hard to allocate time
to make enough of them every day so they are part of my diet all day long.

It is
recommended that you eat about 9 servings a day or 4 1/2 cups of fruits and
vegetables.  The dark leafy vegetables and those with brilliant colors are
the ideal ones to choose.  The ones to avoid are white potatoes, all the
varieties.  When you are able to include about 8-10 servings of F and V in
your diet you will lower your risks of heart disease, high blood pressure, some
cancers, eye disorders and many digestive problems.

A really
great product to consider is Juice Plus.  It essentially offers various
blends of vegetables and fruits in a pill form.  It is not intended to
replace F and V in your meals or even the effort to cook and eat them; but
it will guarantee that you are receiving the nutrients they offer daily
regardless of what you have time to cook, pack for lunch or order.

has been evaluated by several independent research centers.  For example,
Vanderbilt University School of Medicine monitored Juice Plus consumers over 2
years.  They “showed improved systemic blood pressure and large
artery compliance; improved glycated hemoglobin; improved antioxidants; and, no
adverse side effects.”

The University of Maryland
School of Medicine published in their Cardiology journal their study that
showed, “Daily consumption of Juice Plus for as little as three weeks
reduces the immediate adverse effect of high fat meals on blood flow compared
to placebo.”

So what is Juice Plus?

It is whole food based
nutrition.  It includes juice powder concentrates from 17 fruits,
vegetables and grains.  There is a Garden Blend pill that includes carrot,
parsley, beets, kale, broccoli, cabbage, spinach, tomatoes, rice bran and oat
