Breath in…breath out…
Lift your hands and touch the sky,  Breath
Stand on your toes,  Breath
Stand flat on your feet,  Breath
Fall gently forward and hang,  Breath
Stand up,  Breath, Breath
Stretch back slowly,  Breath
Roll back to standing,  Breath
Center,  Breath
Feet apart, hand overhead stretch to the right,  Breath
Hand overhead stretch to the left,  Breath
Slowly squat to the floor,   Breath
Fall back and sit on your butt,  Breath

Make time to wake up and re-connect your spinal electrical system.  Exercise at least once a week, if not every other day.  There are many Yoga and Aerobic systems available to wake up and invigorate you and your spinal electrical system.
