Celebrity Quail and Pheasant Hunt date is set

This event is not only a good cause, but also a great time for those who love to hunt.

Join the Illinois Conservation Foundation for the 17th ANNUAL CELEBRITY QUAIL AND PHEASANT HUNT—NOV. 13-15 at Rend Lake Resort.

The Illinois Conservation Foundation’s annual Gary Watson Celebrity Quail and Pheasant Hunt on Nov. 13-15 will feature quail and pheasant hunting, along with trap, skeet and sporting clays shooting, all to benefit ICF youth hunting, fishing, and educational programs in Illinois.

Join other hunting enthusiasts and celebrities from baseball, football, shooting sports and outdoor recreation for the 17th annual event being held – as always — at the beautiful Rend Lake Resort complex in Franklin County.

Celebrity Quail and Pheasant Hunt activities include:

Sun., Nov. 13
– Afternoon trap, skeet and sporting clays shooting at the Rend Lake Shooting Range
– Evening reception and buffet at Rend Lake Resort

Mon., Nov. 14
– Breakfast at Rend Lake Resort
– Quail and pheasant hunting
– Evening dinner and awards program at Rend Lake Resort

Tues., Nov. 15 –
– Breakfast, then head for home with cleaned birds

All ammunition is provided by Winchester Ammunition.

Individual hunt packages are $600 in advance ($650 at the door), which includes hunting and shooting activities, lodging, meals, refreshments, and shells.

The Illinois Conservation Foundation is an IRS 501 (c) (3) approved organization. A portion of the cost of an individual hunt package is deductible for federal income tax purposes.
