This just came in from the IL DNR… SPRINGFIELD, IL–Non-resident hunters can apply through June 30 for Illinois Non-Resident Archery Combination Deer Permits for the 2010-11 deer season.    There are 25,000 permits available through the Illinois permit lottery system and non-resident hunters can apply for one archery combination permit (one either-sex and one antlerless)...
