Schöfferhofer Grapefruit Cocktails Abound

Schöfferhofer Grapefruit Cocktails Abound

Summer is winding down, but there are still hot nights to be had. A crowd pleaser on those humid evenings of late has been Schöfferhofer Grapefruit, a 50/50 blend of hefeweizen and carbonated grapefruit juice. At 2.5% ABV, this is definitely an easy drinker for the “non-beer types” and it works as a fantastic mixer for the cocktail crowd. I’ve included a handful of warm-weather cocktails below as well as a few for use as the temperature drops.

Cheers!
