We’ve always thought that neighborhood fairs and festivals are a great way to try on a neighborhood and see if it fits. You generally get to meet a number of local businesses and residents, sample the local food, and visit real estate open houses in just one trip.
Every weekend this summer you’ll find something special taking place in a number of Chicago neighborhoods – more than 400 neighborhood fairs and festivals in all.
The Randolph Street Market Festival is an event that recurs several times throughout the summer. It opens Saturday and Sunday, May 28 and 29, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 1340 W Washington St in the West Loop. The event features antiques, independent designer fashion, art, jewelry and more.
